Ordered a large piece of garden furniture and had issues very late at night with the payment. I sent an urgent email that night and first thing in the morning, Chris called me to reassure and advise next steps. They were clear on delivery, kept their word on letting me know exactly when by calling back the day before delivery. The lads who delivered were just lovely too. Total 5 star!
