How can I purchase a product online?

The Clearance Zone operate a secure and efficient online store from which you can browse and purchase products. You can complete a purchase by following the step-by-step guide from the product description page.

How can you offer such reduced prices?

We source products from around the world and buy in large quantities which enables us to keep prices to a minimum. In some cases we also buy end of line or bankrupt stock which means we can offer even ore discounts. 

How often does your product range change?

We are always sourcing new products from the leading manufacturers to increase our product range. The Clearance Zone product range continues to expand throughout all furniture categories. In addition to this we receive weekly lorry of stock across our product categories in store. 

How can I receive updates on the latest bargains?

Is it possible to view my product before purchasing?

Your ability to complete a purchase informed and confident is vital to us. You can visit our Kingston Upon Hull warehouse to view and inspect our products before committing to a purchase online.

Delivery Information

How much will I be charged for delivery?

Some of our items qualify for free delivery. Other delivery costs vary dependent on the size of your order, the product you are ordering and your location in the United Kingdom. You will be provided a quotation on any delivery before committing to the purchase.

How long will my product(s) take to arrive?

Timescales vary dependent on the size of your order, the product you are ordering and your location in the United Kingdom. This information will be provided in your order confirmation email after the purchase has ben completed.

Deliveries of Oak Furniture will in the main be delivered via a courier who will arrange delivery within 10 working days of ordering. Once the order has been placed we will be in touch to confirm the next steps surrounding delivery. Many larger orders may be delivered through our own, in-house 2 man delivery teams.

Will multiple purchases be delivered together?

In some instances particular products may come direct from the manufacturers and in those case where you have ordered multiple items, you may have multiple shipping costs and separate delivery timescales. All of this information is highlighted in your shopping basket when you checkout.

What should I do if I have not heard from The Clearance Zone?

We will contact you within 48 hours of an order being placed to discuss the next steps. 

What happens if I am not in for a delivery?

All customers will be called to confirm a delivery date and then called the day before delivery to confirm a hours time slot. If delivery is failed due to no answer and presuming delivery is attempted within the time slot agreed a re-delivery charge will be applied. This will be discussed with you by a member of our customer service team when re-booking delivery.

How can I track my order?

Who can sign for my delivery?

In most cases recipients of deliveries must be 18 years or older.

Returns Information

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Refunds are offered for most products within certain time periods; any special instructions for non-returnable items will be highlighted at the time of purchasing. Please note that certain products can only be returned if they are faulty.

If you want to return a product because you’ve changed your mind, the product must not show any sign of use. You need to inform us within 14 days and we will arrange the collection of the goods. The cost of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer. 

Please ensure at all times, the packaging is secure and fit for return. We ask that you look after the product whilst it’s in your possession and that when you return the product; you also include all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.

Can I return a faulty or damaged product?

If any of our products arrive damaged or are faulty, please call us on 01482487559 and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent where necessary. You must notifiy us of damage within 48 hours of delivery or your claim may be rejected. 

How do I return a product to you?

If you wish to return a product please call us on 01482 487559, we will discuss the next steps from there. If the product is faulty or damaged we take the goods back FOC. If the product is to be returned as you simply don't like the product you will be liable for the returning cost.

Will my delivery charge be refunded?

If you are returning a damaged or faulty product, The Supplier will cover the cost of the return.

If your return is for any other reason, you are responsible for the organisation and any relevant costs of the return – which will be indicated by the Supplier.
