From walking into the store the man who served me was very helpful in helping me choose a suitable mattress for the bed I was about to purchase also. I just want to say a huge thank you to the Bradford team, what lovely guys! After a really bad experience with a sofa company, I found this shop and popped to have a look at a sofa I liked the look of. The team were happy to answer questions and not pushy at all for me to make a decision. I placed an order and a delivery date was given, it was given before Christmas as well which I wasn’t finding anywhere else! It was delivered on the day and time they said it would and it was fully setup for me with the rubbish taken away, the delivery guys were really lovely and helpful! I’ll see you in the summer for some garden furniture after having such a good experience. Thanks again, I love my new sofa! Incredible quality for a brilliant price!
Firstly, Bev was an absolute gem, she was extremely knowledgeable, helps in so many ways and a very happy person to talk with. We spent an hour looking at everything and asking lots of questions. The Haxby furniture is beautiful and very well made, so, we bought two pieces of furniture and going back today to buy more of the same range. Delivery was a dream, honestly, they gave a time slot between 11am & 2pm and arrived at 11.10am. They were very respectful mindful and professional. Highly recommended and a massive thank you.

Quality is very good. 10/10. Delivery within 1 week 10/10. Customer service 10/10. Only have one small gripe. I had to fit the feet myself but had to cut the bottom material to be able to find the drilled holes. Not something you could feel through the material and not marked up so it took a few tries before the holes were found. I did opt for free delivery (normally £30) but the shop is only a mile away. This means the sofa is just delivered, not unpacked. Hence why I had to fit the feet myself. Obviously if you pay the delivery charge, this should be done for you.

Friendly staff, talked us through the various options, listened to our requests and showed us suites that were suitable for our needs. Ordered on the Saturday delivered on the Wednesday and the delivery guys were brilliant too. All in all great service couldn’t fault them and the suite we ordered was a fabulous choice.
A great experience from our initial purchase at the Bradford store. Ajaz and Raees were on hand to answer questions without being 'in our space '. The manufature and delivery went smooth to leave us as very satisfied customers of a sofa bed.
Exactly what you want. when looking for furniture. The staff was attentive. But also gave us space to look around. Myself and my husband. Had decided to bring my mum to look around the showroom. Was impressed with the quality. And value for money. Decided on purchasing more than one item. Didn’t wait long for delivery. And also was flexible about what worked best for my husband. As he wanted to help my mum make space in her lounge. We will definitely come again. And so would my mum.

Ordered our suite from the Bradford branch, staff were very helpful without being pushy. We were told originally that delivery would be mid November but then received a call advising it would be early December due to a delay. True to their word the suite was delivered on 5th December. My hubby was there and said the guys who came were very friendly and had the job done in no time. I would recommend this company as they kept us up to date. Their customer service was brilliant.

Good communication from the company, telephoned the day before delivery with a time slot. Contacted me on the day saying they were ahead and would be earlier than planned. Guys took the wardrobe into the room, built it and removed all the packaging. They did also ask if I wanted them to remove their shoes before entering the house. We ordered a chair, sofa and bed from your Hull store and were pleasantly surprised with the experience! The store was well stocked and we were able to wander trying furniture without being hassled. Sales help was readily available when we asked, and we soon decided on the sofa and chair, and eventually picked a bed and mattress. We were kept informed of the progress of the order and given a weeks notice for delivery, followed by updates nearer the time Delivery men were excellent - not the easiest access with us being in a static caravan. Furniture and bed were set up and all the packing materials were taken away. Wish all companies were as helpful and professional!

Just bought a large grey with oak top chest of drawers. Ordering was fab ... the guy in the Barnsley shop was very helpful. Delivery smooth with no problems. I had ordered twice before from Roseland and both were severely damaged. I wouldn't hesitate to order again plus it's really good to go and see in the shop before you buy.

Had our eye on the noah charcoal recliner, arrived, looked around first, but drawn back to noah set. We had seenthis else where, and slightly cheaper, the young helpful chap, said they would price match. Done deal. Most helpful. Five days later, wow, it arrived, again by polite delivery drivers, unwrapped set up, and took the lot of wrapoing, boxes away. Couldnt ask for more, Love this recliner set, three seater, two seater and chair, personally think this is value for money, touch wood no issues. Cheers clearance zone As arnie says, I'll be back!!

First class service from beginning to end. Visited the Mexborough shop last Wednesday,had our recliner settee delivered yesterday. Rob,our salesman was very friendly,no pushy sales pitch but very helpful. The day before our delivery we were given a two hour slot and the delivery was excellent,even in the snowy conditions. The recliner was assembled in no time thanks to the two guys who knew their job! Would recommend these shops without hesitation. Good selection across all the ranges with good competitive prices and service.

Nice staff. Chris in hull was very patient and didn't mind explaining things to us. We were able to get a mattress, bed and sofa for a really affordable price and they were all new. Delivery was quick too, all the goods were available for delivery within a week and it was free, which was handy considering we lived in another town. Since we have only had them for a week, it's too early to tell but they look like they're going to be durable.

Bought a 2 and a 3 seater sofa for a very reasonable price it was delivered in 2 days … amazing!! And the delivery men ( Adam and James )were so helpful and polite I realised that the 3 seater was too big and asked in the shop if I could swap for another 2 seater and the same delivery men came within 3 days to exchange the sofa set everything up and took away all the packaging what an service from the shop in Bradford and the staff there, the delivery men , and also was kept informed by the head office with a 2 hour time slot and they were actually on time !

I went to the store with my grandson just to look as I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted. The staff were friendly & helpful without following me around & being a nuisance as I'd frequently experienced elsewhere. On finding a suite I liked, their help & advice was invaluable. I decided on the Noah suite & was amazed that it was to be delivered in Just three days with no delivery charge.
I was given a two hour delivery slot & they arrived on time. The men who delivered it were great, definitely the A team. After a long life & countless purchases from many different stores over the years this was the best experience I've ever had.

Would recommend The Clearance Zone for value and service. Recently purchased two lovely leather recliner sofas. Visited the shop in Hull to look at their extensive range of sofas. The young man working there was so helpful and not pushy at all, allowing us to look around and sit on sofas at our leisure. He was very knowledgeable about the sofas though and answered any queries we had. I was spoilt for choice and decided to think about which one I preferred. I rang from home the next day and it was so easy to order over the telephone and my sofas were delivered 10 days later on a day that suited me. I received a phone call the day before with a 2 hour time slot when my sofas would be delivered. Delivery was free even though I live in Grimsby. I chose to pay the extra 30 pounds for the delivery men to set up my electric recliner sofas and take all the packaging away although this service is optional. The delivery men were so lovely and efficient and soon had my sofas set up in my room. I was recommended by a friend about The Clearance Zone and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. Well worth a visit for a great range of sofas and other furniture including garden furniture.

Fantastic from start to finish. Started chatting in fb with Kyle. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Went into the Mexborough store and met Kyle. Chose a sofa. Excellent pricing. I chose the sofa and the colour. I was kept upto date throughout the process. They called me to the arrange delivery. 3 weeks later it was delivered with no issues at all. The delivery drivers where lovely too. Can't recommend this company and their staff enough.
From start to finish everyone was very helpful.. the delivery of the item we got was very professional and the team did a great job even removing all the packaging
Lewis served me bless him, I was not an easy customer coz I had him walking round with a tape , measuring nigh on three or four sofas until I found the right one. Nothing was too much for him.
To top it all he even sorted my sat nav out so I could get home safely.
By the the way sofa and chair are amazingly comfortable.
